Returns and refunds

 

Pursuant to Articles 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/05, if the Customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw free of charge from the purchase contract for any reason, without having to provide an explanation and without any penalty.

To exercise this right, within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, the Customer must contact Zenoni & Colombi customer service using one of the following methods:

  • By making a telephone request at +39 035 753434, providing Zenoni & Colombi with the order number, the products they wish to return, the beneficiary's first and last name, the bank, and the IBAN code through which the refund is to be made;

  • By submitting a written request to the email address web@zenoniecolombi.com providing Zenoni & Colombi with the order number, the products they wish to return, the beneficiary's first and last name, the bank, and the IBAN code through which the refund is to be made;

  • Via the website www.zenoniecolombi.com under "Your orders", by clicking on the number of the order for which the return is requested and completing the appropriate request form, indicating the products they wish to return, the beneficiary's first and last name, the bank, and the IBAN code through which the refund is to be made (this option is available exclusively for orders whose goods have already been received).

Although not required by law, a brief explanation of the reason for withdrawal would be appreciated in order to improve the service.

The right of withdrawal is nevertheless subject to the following mandatory conditions:

  • The Customer must wait for a response to the withdrawal request from Zenoni & Colombi customer service;

  • Shipping costs for returning the goods are free in Italy;

  • For returns made from abroad, shipping costs are not free: Customers are invited to contact our customer service directly to receive all necessary instructions;

  • The right applies to the purchased product in its entirety. It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for only part of the purchased product;

  • The right does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalized, or to products that cannot be reused for hygiene reasons;

  • The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts. To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it inside a second box. Under all circumstances, labels or adhesive tape must not be affixed directly to the product's original packaging;

  • The package must be shipped to: Zenoni & Colombi (Returns Department), Via Raul Follerau, 8, 24027 Nembro BG (Italy);

  • Until receipt at our warehouse has been confirmed, the shipment remains the Customer's sole responsibility. Zenoni & Colombi shall in no way be liable for damage to or theft/loss of goods returned in uninsured shipments.

The right of withdrawal shall be completely forfeited due to the absence of the essential condition that the goods be intact (packaging and/or contents), where Zenoni & Colombi establishes:

  • careless use of the goods that has compromised their integrity, or use of any consumable materials;

  • the absence of the original outer packaging and/or inner packaging;

  • the absence of components integral to the product (accessories, manuals, parts, ...);

  • damage to the product caused by factors other than its transportation.

In the event that the right of withdrawal is forfeited, Zenoni & Colombi will make the product available to the customer for collection at the store located at Via Raul Follerau, 8, 24027 Nembro BG (Italy).

Refund
After verifying the integrity of the packaging and/or its contents, Zenoni & Colombi will issue a credit note and refund the customer the full amount already paid within 10 business days of the goods being returned, using the payment method used or by bank transfer.
