Payment methods

At Zenoni & Colombi, you can choose your preferred payment method from those available at checkout.

Credit cards

You can pay for your order with cards from the following networks:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • UnionPay

Enter your card details in the appropriate section of checkout and follow the instructions to complete the payment.

Secure payment with 3D Secure

To protect your online purchases, you may be asked to complete an additional verification during payment through the 3D Secure system.

Depending on your bank, you may need to confirm the transaction through your banking app, a code received by SMS, or another authentication method provided by the card issuer.

PayPal

With PayPal, you can pay for your order using your PayPal account.

After selecting this method at checkout, you’ll be redirected to the PayPal page, where you can sign in to your account and confirm the payment.

Google Pay

With Google Pay, you can pay quickly and easily using a card saved to your Google account.

Select Google Pay from the available options and follow the instructions on your device to confirm the payment.

Apple Pay

With Apple Pay, you can pay using a card linked to your Apple account.

Select Apple Pay from the available options and confirm the payment on your compatible device.

Shop Pay

Shop Pay is the quick payment method linked to your Shop account. If you’ve already saved your details, you can complete your purchase faster using the contact, shipping, and payment information associated with your account.

Klarna

Choose Klarna. Pay in 3 installments. 

Availability of the service is subject to assessment and approval by Klarna. You can review the terms and due dates of your payment plan before confirming your purchase.

Bank transfer

To pay by bank transfer, select “Bank deposit” at checkout and make the payment using the following details:

Remember to include the order number in the transfer reference.

L’The order will be processed once the payment has been confirmed as received. The funds are usually credited within 2–3 business days, but processing times may vary depending on the bank.

A copy of the bank transfer alone is not sufficient to process the order.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is available only for deliveries in Italy and has no additional fees.

You can pay the order amount directly to the courier upon delivery. The courier accepts cash only, not checks.
