Credit Card

Credit Cards (Visa/V PAY/MasterCard/Maestro)

Purchasing products by credit card is done safely through the Nexi website (CartaSi and ICBPI). Nexi accepts credit cards issued by the following international networks:

  • Visa
  • V PAY
  • MasterCard
  • Maestro

The charge to the credit card marks the finalization of the purchase and simultaneously the processing of the order.

Easy and secure payment through 3D Secure

To ensure the best security for your online credit card purchases, Zenoni & Colombi uses 3D Secure technology.
3D Secure is an anti-fraud protection system developed by Visa (Verified by Visa) and Mastercard (Mastercard SecureCode) that guarantees maximum protection against fraudulent use of your credit card.

  • If you do not have this service, you can make your purchase without entering additional passwords.
  • If 3D Secure has already been activated for your card, in addition to the usual information (number, expiry date, and security code), you will be asked to enter a code or password known only to you.
  • If your card has this service and you have never used it, you can activate it directly during the payment phase on the Zenoni & Colombi website. Otherwise, visit the website of the institution that issued your credit card to find more information on how to activate 3D Secure and on any changes to your personal code or password.

WARNING: For some cards, a password via token or SMS to the number linked to your card is required.

PayPal

PayPal is a free, fast, and reliable online payment method. After selecting PayPal as the payment method, the system will connect securely to the PayPal website where you enter your PayPal account email and password.

By choosing this payment method, the amount will be charged directly to your PayPal account.

Bank Transfer

The order will be processed after confirmation of payment receipt by our system (usually within 2-3 working days after the transaction). A copy of the bank transfer cannot be accepted for order processing purposes.

Cash on Delivery (payment in cash upon delivery)

Cash on delivery payment is available only for deliveries within Italy.

In case of cash on delivery payment, the courier will accept cash only (no checks). There are no additional costs for cash on delivery.

Amazon Pay

Amazon Pay is a convenient service that allows you to shop online and pay directly with your Amazon account, simply and quickly.

Once you have added items to your cart, select the “Amazon Pay” option in the “Your cart” section. You can complete the purchase using the address and payment details stored in your Amazon account.

Klarna

Paying with Klarna is very simple: Split the cost of your purchase into 3 installments with no fees and no interest, which will be charged to your card every 30 days.

At the time of payment, select the option to pay in 3 interest-free installments and enter your debit, credit, or prepaid card details. The process is as easy as paying with any card.

After we send the order confirmation, Klarna will make the first charge to your card. Once the payment is processed, we will send you a notification.

The remaining charges to your card will occur automatically every 30 days until the full amount is paid off. We will inform you before each payment.

Google Pay

Google Pay is a payment system that allows you to buy goods and services using your device, such as a smartphone or smartwatch.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is a simple and secure system to pay online with your iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad, and Mac. You can make quick payments using the devices you carry with you every day.
