How do I make a purchase?

Add the items to your basket (you can always review all the products you have decided to buy before confirming). Once you have completed your selection, you can proceed with the payment. Choose a delivery address and a shipping method, and you are all set!

Can I add more products to my order after confirming it?

Are your products covered by a warranty?

Absolutely yes. We guarantee, depending on the case, 12 or 24 months of warranty from the date of delivery if the defect claimed by the customer constitutes a defect of conformity, as indicated by Legislative Decree 24/2002.

I did not find the product I need. Is it possible to have a custom-made item?

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments by Visa, V PAY, MasterCard, Maestro cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, bank transfer, and cash on delivery. For more information, see the “Payment Methods” page.

How can I receive the invoice?

If you wish to receive the invoice, you can request it directly when placing the order, remembering to enter all the necessary personal details (VAT number, certified email, and unique code).

Shipping

What are the shipping times?

For shipments within Italy, delivery times are 1-2 working days from receipt of the order. For abroad, the times vary depending on the destination country. For more information, please see the page “Shipping costs and methods”.

How much does the delivery cost?

With an order of €50.01 or more (VAT included), shipping is free; otherwise, the cost is €4.99. For overseas shipping, the cost increases. See the “Shipping costs and methods” page for more specific information.

Where can I view the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order directly from your account. Once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, you can track it through the carrier's own website.

How can I request a return of the goods?

If you wish to make a return for one or more products, you have the right to request it free of charge within 30 days from the delivery date in the “Order History” section.
