Returns and refunds

 

Under articles 64 and following of Legislative Decree 206/05, if the Customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract free of charge for any reason, without needing to provide explanations and without any penalty.

To exercise this right, the Customer must contact Zenoni & Colombi's customer service within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods, choosing one of the following methods:

  • By telephone request at +39 035 753434, providing Zenoni & Colombi with the order number, the products to be returned, the full name of the beneficiary, the bank name, and the IBAN code for the refund;

  • By written request to the e-mail address web@zenoniecolombi.com indicating to Zenoni & Colombi the order number, the products to be returned, the full name of the beneficiary, the bank name, and the IBAN code for the refund;

  • Through the website www.zenoniecolombi.com in the section "Your orders", clicking on the order number for which the return is desired and filling out the specific request form indicating the products to be returned, the full name of the beneficiary, the bank name, and the IBAN code for the refund (this method is available only for orders whose goods have already been received).

Although not required by law, to improve the service, a brief note explaining the reason for the withdrawal would be appreciated.

The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following mandatory conditions:

  • The Customer must wait for the response to the withdrawal request from Zenoni & Colombi's customer service;

  • The shipping costs for returning the goods are free within Italy;

  • For returns made from abroad, shipping costs are not free: Customers are invited to contact our customer service directly to receive all necessary instructions;

  • The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety. It is not possible to withdraw only from part of the purchased product;

  • The right does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalized, or that for hygiene reasons cannot be reused;

  • The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all parts. To limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing it inside a second box. In all cases, avoid placing labels or adhesive tape directly on the product's original packaging;

  • The package must be sent to: Zenoni & Colombi (Returns Office), Via Raul Follerau, 8, 24027 Nembro BG (Italy);

  • The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is entirely the responsibility of the Customer. Zenoni & Colombi is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.

The right of withdrawal is completely forfeited, due to the lack of the essential condition of the item's integrity (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where Zenoni & Colombi finds:

  • negligent use of the item that has compromised its integrity, or use of any consumable materials;

  • the absence of the external packaging and/or the original inner packing;

  • the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, manuals, parts, ...);

  • damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Zenoni & Colombi will make the product available to the customer for collection at the sales point in Via Raul Follerau, 8, 24027 Nembro BG (Italy).

Refund
After verifying the integrity of the packaging and/or its contents, Zenoni & Colombi will issue a credit note and refund the customer the full amount already paid, within 10 working days from the return of the goods, using the payment method used or by bank transfer.
