Credit Card

Credit Cards (Visa/V PAY/MasterCard/Maestro)

Purchases made by credit card are processed securely through the Nexi website (CartaSi and ICBPI). Nexi accepts credit cards issued by the following international networks:

  • Visa
  • V PAY
  • MasterCard
  • Maestro

Charging the credit card determines when the purchase is completed and the order is processed at the same time.

Easy and secure payment via 3D Secure

To ensure the highest level of security for your online credit card purchases, Zenoni & Colombi uses 3D Secure technology.
3D Secure is an anti-fraud protection system developed by Visa (Verified by Visa) and Mastercard (Mastercard SecureCode) that provides maximum protection against fraudulent use of your credit card.

  • If you do not have this service, you can complete your purchase without entering an additional password.
  • If 3D Secure has already been activated for your card, in addition to the usual information (number, expiry date and security code), you will be asked to enter a code or password known only to you.
  • If your card supports this service and you have never used it, you can activate it directly during the payment process on the Zenoni & Colombi website. Otherwise, visit the website of the institution that issued your credit card for more information on how to activate 3D Secure and on any changes to your personal code or password.

WARNING: Some cards require a password via token or SMS sent to the number linked to your card.

PayPal

PayPal is a free, fast and reliable online payment method. After selecting PayPal as your payment method, the system will securely connect to the PayPal website, where you can enter your PayPal account email address and password.

By choosing this payment method, the amount is charged directly to your PayPal account.

Bank Transfer

Orders paid by bank transfer are processed after our system confirms receipt of the payment (normally within 2-3 business days following the transaction). A copy of the bank transfer cannot be accepted for order processing purposes.

Cash on Delivery (cash payment upon delivery)

Cash on delivery is available only for deliveries in Italy.

For cash on delivery payments, the express courier will accept cash only (no checks). Cash on delivery has no additional costs.

Amazon Pay

Amazon Pay is a convenient service that allows you to shop online and pay directly with your Amazon account, simply and quickly.

Once you have added the items to your cart, select the “Amazon Pay” option in the “Your cart” section. You can complete your purchase using the address and payment details saved in your Amazon account.

Klarna

Paying with Klarna is easy: Split the cost of your purchase into 3 interest-free installments with no additional fees, charged to your card every 30 days. 

At checkout, select the option to pay in 3 interest-free installments and enter your debit, credit or prepaid card details. The process is as easy as paying with any card.

After we send your order confirmation, Klarna will make the first charge to your card. Once the payment has been processed, we will send you a notification.

The remaining charges will be made to your card automatically every 30 days until the full amount has been paid. We will notify you before each payment.

Google Pay

Google Pay is a payment system that allows you to purchase goods and services using your device, such as a smartphone or smartwatch.

Apple Pay

Apple Pay is a simple and secure way to pay online with your iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad and Mac. You can make fast payments using the devices you carry with you every day.
